Brandon's North Hill, Transformed — 72 Modern Homes Built for Community and Connection

Apollo Heights Phase 1 brought 72 modern rental homes to Brandon's North Hill, establishing a new benchmark for community-centred residential development in the region. Built by Keller Developments under the leadership of Senior Project Manager Billy Gerry, and completed in 2024, the development offers a range of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom suites designed for comfort, accessibility, and long-term livability. Professionally managed by Rhino Property Management, Apollo Heights Phase 1 laid the foundation for one of Brandon's most sought-after residential addresses.

Apollo Heights Phase 1 marked a significant milestone for Keller Developments and for Brandon's North Hill community. Delivered in 2024, with construction beginning in August 2023, the development introduced 72 high-quality rental suites to one of Brandon's fastest-growing residential neighbourhoods, responding directly to the city's growing demand for modern, well-managed housing.

Valued at approximately $2 million, Phase 1 was led by Senior Project Manager Billy Gerry and built to the high standards that define the Keller Developments approach to construction. The project features a thoughtful unit mix of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom suites, supported by professional property management through Rhino Property Management. Exterior renders and design documentation were produced by Myria Design, with materials supplied by Westman Lumber Supply, reflecting the integrated design-build-supply model at the heart of the Keller Group.

The success of Phase 1 directly inspired Phase 2: a $47 million expansion that will add 165 additional homes, community amenities, and mixed-use commercial space — cementing Apollo Heights as a flagship development in the Keller Developments portfolio and a landmark in Brandon's residential landscape.
