The next chapter of Apollo Heights is underway as Keller Developments officially hosted the Phase 2 Groundbreaking Ceremony on November 14, 2025. The event gathered community leaders, project partners, and representatives from all levels of government to celebrate this milestone in Brandon’s north-end growth.

Valued at $47 million, Apollo Heights Phase 2 will add 165 new rental homes, including 25 affordable one-bedroom suites, along with new community amenities and commercial space. The development continues to build on the success of Phase 1, which established Apollo Heights as one of Brandon’s most vibrant and connected residential communities.

A Collaborative Investment in Brandon’s Future

The ceremony, attended by Grant Jackson (MP, Brandon–Souris), Colleen Robbins (MLA, Spruce Woods), and Jeff Fawcett (Mayor of Brandon), underscored the project’s importance to the region’s housing supply and long-term growth.

Speaking at the event, Evan Keller, President of Keller Developments, emphasized that the milestone represents more than a construction start. It’s an investment in people, community, and collaboration.

“Apollo Heights has always been about more than construction. It’s about creating connected, accessible, and sustainable communities that people are proud to call home,” said Keller. “Phase 2 builds on that vision by expanding Brandon’s north end with spaces designed for comfort, livability, and long-term value.”

Expanding Community Spaces and Housing Options

Phase 2 of Apollo Heights will include a mix of 15-plex and 12-plex buildings, as well as a mixed-use building featuring residential units above ground-floor commercial space.
