Keller Enterprises Ltd & Premier Builder Group Ltd are pleased to announce the appointment of Roland Richard (Rolly) as Director of Operations, a senior leadership role supporting construction and development operations across the Group.
Rolly brings a strong combination of operational leadership, financial expertise, and people management experience.
His background includes senior management roles in equipment, construction-adjacent industries, and financial services, where he has worked closely with ownership teams, managed complex operations, and driven performance accountability.
In his most recent role with RBC’s National Sales Solutions team, Rolly led complex equipment finance transactions and acted as a key liaison between financial institutions, vendors, and clients on large construction-related projects. Earlier in his career, he served as Sales Manager and General Manager of a farm equipment dealership, where he was responsible for day-to-day operations, staff leadership, supplier relationships, budgeting, forecasting, and financial review.
As Director of Operations, Rolly will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across construction and development projects, strengthening operational systems and accountability, supporting financial performance and job costing discipline, and leading project managers, supervisors, and operational staff. He will serve as a key operational link between ownership and teams in the field, ensuring strategy is translated into consistent execution.
Rolly will officially begin in this role on February 2, 2026.
Rolly’s appointment reflects the Group’s continued focus on operational excellence, disciplined growth, and strong leadership as the organization continues to expand across the Westman region.
