The Westgate is a four-storey mixed-use building on Victoria Avenue in Brandon's west end. It combines 8,400 sq ft of main-floor commercial space with 24 one- to three-bedroom residential units on the floors above.
Designed by Myria Design and built by Keller Developments, The Westgate brings housing and business together on one of Brandon's busiest corridors. Its corner location at Victoria Avenue and East Fotheringham Drive gives commercial tenants strong visibility and easy access for customers. Residents live close to west-end shopping, services and amenities.
During construction, a fire destroyed the original structure. Keller Developments cleared the site and rebuilt The Westgate from the ground up, completing the project in December 2023.
Built for the West End
The main floor offers 8,400 sq ft of flexible commercial space, with 24 residential units above ranging from one to three bedrooms. The mix of uses creates a building that stays active throughout the day and adds both housing and local business to a growing part of the city.
